A new client saw one of our previous posts and contacted us about adding a new radio to her 2010 Nissan 370Z. She was seeking a new radio that could incorporate hands-free smartphone technology like Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
We jumped right in and recommended a new Sony XAV-AX5000 that offers a large 7-inch touchscreen and the ability to use Apple Maps or Google Maps, as well as access her contacts and her streaming music services right on the screen. Our team added a backup camera that displays on the radio screen when the car is in reverse, and we integrated her factory steering wheel controls to control the functions of the new radio. We extended the USB connections so they were accessible to hook up her phone with ease.
