A client we had previously installed a remote car starter for contacted us to discuss adding window tint to that same 2018 Honda Civic. He was concerned with how hot the interior of the car gets during the summer and wanted to protect against that, as well as add some style to the vehicle.
We selected 3M Crystalline window film with a 40% opacity rating that would provide some privacy and significantly reduce the heat that would normally pass through the glass without it. This window film reduces up to 99% of the damaging UV rays and 97% of the infrared rays that cause heat in a vehicle. We even hooked him up with a rental car from our partners at Enterprise while we performed the work so he could get home without having someone follow him all the way from New Jersey.
