A repeat client from Lehighton visited us and brought his new 2020 Land Rover Range Rover to get the windows tinted. The goal was to reduce the amount of glare and heat that gets through the windows, while adding some privacy to this high-end vehicle.
We began, like we do with all of our customers, by properly protecting the vehicle for the job we were about to perform. We take time with every customer’s vehicle to both keep it clean and protect it from damage while we perform work on it. This includes using special application tape and protective covers on surfaces we touch or that we will be working near. This guarantees the vehicle leaves our care in the same or better condition as when you drop it off.
We recommended 3M Ceramic IR series window film as the best window film solution for this vehicle. We installed film at 15% opacity, and matched the front windows to the rear windows to give it an OEM look. This type of window film provides excellent infrared heat rejection. It also rejects 99% of UV rays from the sun, which makes driving safer and healthier.
