Coats For Kids Extended Through the End of January

The results are in from the holiday Coats For Kids promotion.  It was EXCELLENT!  In one week, we collected almost 40 coats and a bunch of hats and gloves.  I couldn’t believe the participation that we received from the community.  My electrician and friend, Scott Stenack and his crew actually chipped in and bought coats, hats and gloves to donate.  My  friend from Virginia, Benji Jones, sent a box full of coats.  Over a dozen customers got a nice discount on a remote car starter just for bring us a gently used child’s coat.

I’d also like to thank Malcolm Gieske and his team at Identity Group. I needed a bunch of signs and banners printed to promote this in and around the store and Malcolm stepped to the plate with some exceptionally good pricing. Thanks again.

That being said, we are extending the Coats For Kids promotion through the end of January 2010.  If you have an old, gently used coat, bring it in and save up to $50 on a remote car starter.   It’s that simple and there is no catch… Warm yourself and warm a child at the same time.
