This Lehighton client had kind of the “perfect storm” problem with his Ford Focus radio. Not only was the factory radio not working but, when we looked over the car, we also found that the factory powered antenna was also broken. Once we saw what was going on we ordered the appropriate antenna and scheduled the work. On the day of the installation, it was smooth sailing. The radio was installed and the antenna was replaced with out an issue.
This job is the perfect example of why we look at every vehicle before we schedule the job. We know the radio and speaker sizes and what parts are needed to install a new radio in a Ford Focus (and a lot of other vehicles too). What we would have had no way of knowing was that the antenna was also broken. Without seeing the vehicle we could have set up the installation and done the work only to find out that the radio was still not receiving AM and FM. That would be frustrating not only for us, but also the client who was expecting to have a working radio when he picked up his car. At Mobile Edge, we take the time not to waste your time. Stop in and find out why we’ve been trusted to do the job right since 1994.
