Please take a moment to review this information about your upcoming installation appointment
- The key drop for after hours drop off is located in the back of the building at the bottom of the garage door with a painting of a car on it (See image above)
- Your vehicle must be dropped off.
- We do not have a waiting room.
- We require 24 hours notice if you cannot make your appointment. We can be reached at 610-377-2730 if you need to reschedule your appointment..
- You will see a charge on your invoice for miscellaneous parts. This is a 10% surcharge on labor to cover the rising cost of shop materials, chemicals, connectors, solder, etc.
- Drop off time is at or before 9am the day of your appointment.
- If you are having a Remote Starter installed, please bring all of the keys to your vehicle.
- Please park your car in a marked spot behind the building or on the side next to the car dealer.
- We will text or call you when your job is completed.
- We cannot guarantee a completion time. Plan for your vehicle being here the entire day.
- Every attempt will be made to complete your job on the day of your appointment. There are some circumstances such as the weather or an installer who is ill that may prevent this from happening. Please understand that this does not happen often, but it does happen.
- If there is an alternate phone number that you can be reached at during the install, please put this information on a note and leave on the front seat.
