This Mustang Audio Upgrade Isn’t Horsing Around!

This silver stallion didn’t quite pony up in the audio department. At least not before it spent the day in our stables here at Mobile Edge. We started the Mustang audio upgrade by replacing the in dash receiver with a JVC KDA845BT. The new receiver added Bluetooth hands free and wireless streaming capabilities as well as a USB input for digital media. The flexibility of the audio settings in the new radio also allowed us to keep from putting the stock Mach Audio system out to pasture just yet. We did however, add some “horsepower” to the system. A Memphis Audio SRX1.500 and a pair of Street Reference 12″ subs filled out the bottom end ( and the trunk ). We’re talking a stampede of bass. The client agreed, from start to finish the audio system in this steed was a horse of a different color…… and we’re not horsing around!
