A client of ours from Walnutport brought his 2003 Ford F-250 to our team to see about getting a new radio that could provide some modern features. His old factory radio had to be replaced, and he was looking for Bluetooth and some new technology to make driving easier. We were excited to get the chance to help.
We selected a Sony XAV-AX7000 High Power radio that not only provides Bluetooth, but also adds Apple CarPlay functionality for easy access to his phone contacts and maps while driving he’s around. The radio features two USB ports for easy connection to his phone for CarPlay and for charging the phone. We used a dual USB plug and placed it in the factory power plug hole so it remains hidden when not in use. This Sony radio’s High Power amplifier really woke the system up, and the client was very pleased with the power it provided.
