A repeat client from Barnesville recently brought his 2022 Cadillac Escalade to Mobile Edge, looking for front window tint. The rear windows of the vehicle were already tinted, but he wanted to match that darkness on the front windows as well — he wanted the Escalade to have the finished look of all the windows matching each other. The client was also interested in a film option that would assist in regulating the temperature inside the vehicle.
After we discussed multiple options with the client, he decided on the 3M Ceramic IR window film in a tint option that allows 15% of exterior light to pass through it.
Once the client selected his tint of choice, we got to work. We set our computer-controlled film plotter to work cutting the film. Our team began cleaning the glass to ensure the best adherence. Once the vehicle was prepared, we applied a slip agent, allowing us to apply the film, position it perfectly and then squeegee it in place.
After giving the vehicle a thorough wiping, we returned it to the client and he was pleased!
